An international financial automation solutions company is searching for a Pre-Sales Engineer (Principal Value Architect).Responsibilities:
* Enhance sales activities with sales, product, and implementers
* Lead implementation impact workshops and complete business cases
* Execute POCs to expedite significant opportunities
* Develop added value and enhance the demo environment for effective go-to-market strategies
* Support marketing events and demand development
* Collaborate on marketing activities and demand development initiatives
* Create solutions proposals for implementation projects and upselling
* Facilitate project initiation by handing over proposals
* Participate in projects to offer insights and ensure successful adoption
* Conduct in-house training, support, and process improvement
* Aid in go-to-market strategy development and internal process refinement
* Create additional assets for disseminating strategic products
* Train and mentor employees in the Value Architect's expertise
Requirements:
* Practical experience in sales or sales management on large-scale transformation projects for strategic clients
* Prior experience in creating and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
* Experience as a consultant with a focus on software sales, process improvement, and technology enablement
* Previous SAP or implementation experience is a plus
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Business level Japanese and English
