An APAC Director position is now available at a global e-Commerce organisation.Responsibilities:
* Develop strategy and vision for acquiring new customers and boosting revenue growth
* Foster strategic partnerships with local and global teams to enhance visibility
* Supervise the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives
* Establish a regional centre of operational excellence
* Collaborate with product and technology teams to brainstorm new opportunities
* Spearhead product localisation and implementation efforts
* Conduct cost-benefit/return on investment (ROI) analysis
* Take charge of operational planning, goal setting, and budget allocation/administration
* Supervise, guide, and develop a team comprising junior and senior marketing managers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Practical experience in Marketing, in online, or B2B marketing
* Prior data-driven marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on subscription marketing expertise and leadership
* Experience in entertainment or media businesses
* Project management and team collaboration experience
* Direct experience in using data to develop and measure marketing programs
* Experience building and managing high performing teams
* Strong knowledge of the cultural and media landscape, ideally across APAC
* Business level verbal and written Japanese and English
