A multinational IT software organisation is looking for a Sales Director.Responsibilities:
* Spearhead and execute all enterprise go-to-market activities
* Lead, develop and execute strategies, achieve quotas, deliver sales presentations
* Oversee the extended supporting sales team
* Recruit and retain top Sales talent in the Japan market
* Demonstrate adept negotiation skills with peers, partners, and customers
* Initiate and maintain executive relationships
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of progressive sales leadership roles, including leading a direct sales organisation with management of matrix resource in Public and Social Infrastructure
* Practical experience using Salesforce.com, helping sellers to build 6 months & 12-month pipelines
* Prior experience in leading a region that produces > $25M in annual product, services and solutions revenue
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a successful go-to market plan and multiyear (three-year) business/sales plan
* Extensive experience building and developing a successful team of sales professionals
* Strong industry knowledge of Cisco, ARISTA, HP, Palo Alto Networks and Juniper product portfolios
* Knowledge of industry selling methodology; MEDDPICC, and Value based selling
