An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Finance Business Partner.Responsibilities:
* Identify and communicate growth opportunities and risks, proposing improvements as needed
* Lead performance management processes, ensuring timely tracking and reporting
* Coordinate budget and forecasting activities, ensuring consistency and clear presentation
* Conduct financial evaluations and advise business units on optimal scenarios
* Develop and share multiple contingency plans with business units
* Enhance cost transparency and benchmark to improve resource allocation
* Oversee financial compliance and ensure accurate sales recognition
* Work with the finance team to standardise performance management processes
* Suggest ideas for process redesign and contribute to continuous improvement
* Understand and analyse financial statements, sharing insights with business units to enhance financial acumen
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 3 years of experience in controlling or local FP&A in the healthcare industry is ideal
* Understanding of accounting and financial analysis
* Fluent level English and Japanese
