An international manufacturing company is looking for a Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Build and sustain long-term connections with customers
* Oversee sales forecasting and address budget or target variances
* Plan meetings, invite attendees, and contribute to discussions on sales, technical, quality, or logistics topics with customers in the region
* Maintain daily communication with customers and provide them with relevant information and responses to their queries
* Prepare quotes based on technical guidance and pricing instructions, then follow up until a purchase order is obtained
* Maintain and negotiate price lists with each customer, including yearly adjustments
* Coordinate internal handoffs after a purchase order is received and ensure accurate order confirmations
* Identify new customer prospects in the region and promote company capabilities
* Assist the Head of Sales & Strategy with special commercial tasks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering
* 5-10 years of experience in sales in an industrial environment (metallic components, foundry-based products, or additive manufacturing)
* 5-10 of experience in sales in the aerospace or energy market segment (gas turbines or aircraft engines is ideal)
* Excellent PC skills
* Fluent level verbal and written English and Japanese
