An international software company is searching for an Enterprise Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee and cultivate a subset of our top Enterprise accounts
* Generate direct new business and expansion opportunities
* Co-create specific GTM strategy and plan collaboratively with larger team
* Create multiyear account strategy and objectives aligned to a quarterly execution plan
* Cultivate and foster CXO relationships at assigned accounts
* Discern and foster partner relationships to construct a partner ecosystem
* Adhere to the sales process, monitoring all critical activities
* Collaborate with the Solution Architecture team to Influence product direction
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of Enterprise software selling experience (SaaS and CX is ideal)
* Extensive experience in selling into the Japan market
* Practical experience in selling to VP and C level executives at large Enterprises
* Prior experience in managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
* Experience working in a dynamic, agile company and sales team
* Successful record acquiring direct new business sales
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
