仕事内容: An HR Senior Director position is now available at a global tech care solutions company.
Responsibilities:

* Transform business strategies into appropriate HR actions in Japan
* Guide leaders on effective team building and organisation
* Collaborate with HR leaders to implement HR programs
* Supervise HR practices for local compliance
* Oversee Culture, Communication, and Executive Training
* Deploy performance management systems
* Generate reports for management
* Administer employee contracts, compensation, and benefits
* Develop benefits and incentive policies
* Guide management on employee issues and recruitment efforts

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* In-depth experience in Human Resources Management
* Expertise in effectively addressing sensitive HR issues
* Capable to quickly establish HR's credibility with the senior leadership team
* Strong teambuilding and influencing skills
* Proactive in developing and effectively introducing alternatives to current HR practices
* Possess a valid MBA qualification is desirable
