An international software development company is looking for a Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop a strong presence within target accounts and build trusted relationships with key customer contacts
* Establish a long-term sales strategy and implement tactical plans to achieve it
* Motivate field teams to work passionately toward strategic goals
* Understand client business needs and technology issues
* Drive revenue growth through strategic sales plans and solution-selling
* Collaborate with industry partners to create mutually beneficial sales strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above is ideal
* More than 5 years of experience in account management, pre-sales, and business development (Linux market is ideal)
* Experience in account planning (negotiating multi-million dollar deals)
* Prior experience as an individual contributor
* Knowledge of enterprise IT industry
* Native level spoken and written Japanese; business level spoken and written English
