An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Brand Manager.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate budget planning with leadership teams
* Oversee designated brand projects
* Drive key projects with strong marketing and leadership skills
* Collaborate with global teams to align strategies
* Identify business opportunities and lead product launches
* Work with various departments for marketing and development
* Handle marketing communications within budget
* Supervise demand forecasting for accuracy
* Oversee budget and financial management strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 3 years of experience in marketing (FMCG is preferred)
* Experience in new product launch projects
* Prior experience in research planning working with insight team and analysis
* Understanding of consumer marketing
* Familiarity with media planning, executions and tracking (digital)
* Native level written and verbal Japanese; business level written and verbal English
