- 仕事内容

• Understand market trends and customer needs, formulate and execute strategies for business expansion.
• Product management such as product registration, create product tools/sales tools, lead product life cycle management, lead demand planning, support seminars and campaign program.
• Co-develop and execute marketing plan and sales strategy with marketing manager by utilizing our way of Marketing tools.
• Understand buying process in each major target segment to develop marketing plan.
• Develop and maintain product promotion tools including training to sales reps.
• Plan and execute in-service programs (how to best use products), seminars and other educational activities.
• Develop advocate relations and manage KOL relations.
• Co-visit customers with sales reps and or independently to enhance conversions or research the market needs etc.
• Provide the regional market needs/ information for future product development or on-going new product development project etc.

Key Experiences:
• Knowledge about life-science market and products is preferable.
• Business English communication skills is preferable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both internal and external)
• Having strategic view and commercial acumen

• A self-starter with a strong bias for action.
• Hands-on.
• Flexible and entrepreneurial thinking.
