仕事内容: IT Business Analyst
• Is an active part in the product’s lifecycle management and ensures that any solution is chosen to fulfill known and understood business requirements, fitting into the Product roadmap definitions and continuously providing business value over its lifecycle.
• Develops and maintains the business case including high level solution options and resource estimates and resource confirmation as in support to the strategic backlog management process
• Acts as an interface between business and IT functions and as a contact point for business leads in order to launch initiatives, leading and driving the scoping phase.
• Collaborates with IT Business Partner and/or Product Manager in business development activities like translating business strategy in technology enabled strategies, C-POD activities, portfolio management processes, feasibility studies, clarifying available technology on the market and vendor selection

etc.

応募資格

必須: • Experience in work related to IT software development with excellent understanding of software development practices, preferably in healthcare industry
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in IT Business Analysis or consultancy
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of the business processes
• Strong IT application knowledge experiences
• Fluent Web development & administration experiences
• Fluent experiences for overall MS product developing and administration - Database, Server/Client, SharePoint, Office, etc.
• Experience in working with virtual/dispersed project/service teams
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial area (IT / Business) is a plus
• Proficient in English and Japanese is a MUST
