• Finance/Tax/Operations
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Administer bank account and cash disbursements to vendors, payroll, and various taxes
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting for Japan Office, close monthly financial/annual books, review financials
• Review income and consumption tax return, and other tax returns
• Provide reports to regulatory authorities
• Assist deal team in structuring new deals, provide/suggest inputs especially acquiring business platform
• Liaise with all internal /external stakeholders in handling routine works as well as any issues/problems

• 7+ years of Accounting within Financial Services (Real Estate experience is not required)
• Fluent Japanese with advance English
• Proactive thinker, comfortable with interacting with Senior Stakeholders
