募集背景: The Business System Leader Role is responsible for optimizing sustained operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain and logistics/distribution by implementation of Business System tools, methods and philosiphies. Includes focus areas in core lean conversion, reliability, and materials system tools.

仕事内容: • Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-function team in Mishima, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the effective implementation and consistent application of BS principles in Mishima.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Global Operations BS to ensure the manufacture team possesses the requisite skills and capabilities to execute BS tools across functions in Mishima consistently.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations leadership to identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to developing manufacturing strategies.
• Provide support to the Operations head in improving manufacturing and supply chain performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, inventory health, and productivity.
• Lead and organize Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement, ensuring a robust pipeline of improvement initiatives contributing to ongoing productivity enhancements.

応募資格

必須: • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• MBA or Master's Degree in Management is a plus.
• Over 20 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment within a multinational corporation.
• Extensive experience in lean deployment or manufacturing management.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding operational results.
• Successful history of leadership in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategic and analytical decision-making, coupled with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supply chain management is a plus
• Native in Japanese/Business Level in English
• Required to commute to Mishima site in Shizuoka Pref.
