仕事内容: The position
As a Facility Engineering Manager, your role will involve ensuring operational excellence on the Koriyama Factory shop floor by collaborating across functions and with company global organizations when needed. You will also be in charge of managing and motivating the Facility Engineering Team, preparing long-term facility maintenance plans, overseeing major investment programs, driving kaizen activities, and promoting sustainable practices.
• Ensure effective management and support for direct reports on a daily basis, prioritizing their growth and knowledge enhancement.
• Manage labor resources with consideration for work-life-family balance, promoting a healthy and sustainable work environment.
• Lead quality, compliance, and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) efforts, ensuring adherence to regulations, internal standards, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO 14001 compliance.

応募資格

必須: Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• Work experience in facility engineering or facility maintenance in any industry.
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English proficiency, verbal or written are required, ideally having CEFR B1 at minimum.
• People Management skills are mandatory.
