An international aviation financing solutions company is searching for an HR Manager.Responsibilities:
* Handle recruitment and selection processes from initial headcount approval to employment documentation
* Support the employee life cycle including on-boarding, employee relations, etc.
* Design, draft and implement HR related policies and strategies
* Work with Global HR team on the coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources management or related discipline
* More than 7 years of relevant HR Generalist experience in similar small/ SME organisation
* Strong knowledge of Employment Acts and related legislation
* Skilled in MS Office 365, Outlook and HRMS
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to interpret and communicate statistical data
* Proficient in written and verbal English
