A global not-for-profit company is looking for a Programme Director.Responsibilities:
* Foster strong relationships with key senior officials and staff
* Develop an annual operating plan and budget to define service priorities
* Create and share a vision for change that aligns with business goals
* Mobilise the assessment program and maintain a collaborative team environment
* Manage project plans, adjusting for changes and external factors
* Implement the operational plan according to agreed targets and standards
* Ensure delivery partners' contracts are in place and adhered to for services
* Maintain risk and issue logs for reporting to internal and external stakeholders
* Set up and manage monthly compliance checks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (masters in business, education, or public administration is ideal)
* Experience overseeing large, complex or high-financial-value projects
* Prior experience in delivering projects on time
* Proven experience in Agile ways of working
* Background in handling teams and projects according to Centre of Excellence Project Management Standards
