- Deliver HR initiatives, programs, and processes to business client group(s), covering performance management, total rewards, headcount planning, talent review, and succession management.
- Advise and collaborate with business client group(s) on various HR matters, including associate relations, total rewards, and recruiting, in partnership with HR specialists.
- Participate in workforce planning with business client group(s) to identify long-term and temporary staffing solutions and sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in hiring and developing high-performing teams, fostering talent bench, and driving associate engagement. Implement talent and performance management programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the common review cycle, overseeing communication plans, timelines, and calibration discussions. Offer guidance to management on the Resources Review Group (RRG) process.
