An international luxury hospitality company is searching for an HR Assistant Director.Responsibilities:
* Assist in the formulation of people strategies that align with business objectives and execute these strategies
* Handle all facets of People and Culture initiatives which include running a variety of workplace programmes
* Business partner with department heads to provide quality consulting in line with business strategies and objectives
* Keep up to date on best practices, labour law and legislation changes
* Handle all grievances, compliance issues and investigations
* Handle for overall planning, organisation and administration of compensation, benefits, performance, and data management programmes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management
* More than 7 years of experience in HR Management or hotel operations
* More than 3 years of managerial capacity experience
* Background in related Japanese Law, especially Japanese Labour Law
* Understanding of company mission and philosophy
* Knowledge and concept of management practice in hospitality industry is ideal
* Fluent level English and Japanese
