A global banking and financial services company is looking for Compliance Trade Surveillance.Responsibilities:
* Conduct trade surveillance and communication monitoring per regulations, covering a range of financial products and business lines
* Investigate and escalate suspicious transactions, consulting team members and other compliance officers as needed
* Participate in compliance projects and activities, sharing progress and outcomes with the team
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in the financial industry
* Understanding of Japanese financial industry, equity and derivatives product
* Familiarity with local regulatory requirements in related areas
* Experience in trading, front office control function, 2nd line surveillance, or compliance is a plus
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Native level Japanese; business level English
