An international biopharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for an FP&A Manager.Responsibilities:
* Create and share financial reports for monthly and quarterly metrics, while assisting with new tools and processes
* Collaborate on financial planning for annual, quarterly, and multi-year forecasts
* Review and analyse operating results to identify key trends and deviations from forecasts
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support updates in processes and technology
* Gain insight into business operations to understand spending patterns and cost drivers
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to aid decision-making
* Build financial models for evaluating investments and special projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting
* More than 8 years of experience in finance or FP&A
* Experience with Power BI or relevant analytic or data visualisation tools
* Prior experience with Hyperion Planning, Smart View, Oracle, or Anaplan is ideal
* Proven experience in Pharma or Biopharma finance is a plus
* Fluent level reading, written, and verbal English
