A global food manufacturer is looking for a Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop annual business plans with key distributors
* Devise strategies to accomplish annual objectives for the region
* Oversee the implementation of marketing and business plans
* Recommend, plan, and execute growth strategies for the market
* Manage P&L including understanding cost trends, setting price strategies, determining margin targets by category and customer
* Develop key alliance and customer relationships within target markets
* Provide education and training to brokers/distributors and affiliates
* Work closely with demand planning and logistics to effectively manage inventory
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 3 years of successful sales or marketing experience in Japan
* Familiarity with the assigned territory's countries and their cultures
* Strong project management skills
* Ability and initiative to identify problems and opportunities
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
