An FP&A Leader position is now available at a global renowned food brand.Responsibilities:
* Lead the creation of financial forecasts, including annual budgets, mid-term plans, and rolling forecasts for whole group companies
* Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, variances, and potential risks and opportunities
* Assist in formulating the company's future direction by analysing and interpreting data
* Provide strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry comparisons
* Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related field
* 2-3 years of experience in a management role
* Proficient in financial modelling techniques and financial systems
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Fluent level English
