Responsibilities
• In line with global and Japan strategy, develop sales strategy collaborating with each sales manager to maximize and leverage sales.
• Proactively support sales channels with analysis, projects, reports and highlight sales trend and suggest actions based on the results.
• Analyse the PL of each channel and maximize the investment effect.
• Closely monitor inventory status and provide scenario of opportunities and risks to properly manage current and future inventory.
• Proactively propose new ideas of effective sales operations and support activation to each sales team by sales data and analysis.
• Demonstrate leadership as a member of the Japan team and clearly communicate the sales status to the head office and employees by providing effective reports and presentations.
• Work effectively and closely with each sales channel and MD.
• Collaborate with corporate business management and field teams to report, forecast, and budget.

- 必須
-
• Deep understanding and rich experience of WHS, Retail and EC as preferably in outdoor or sports goods company.
• 10+ years of working experience of FP&A or data management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present the status, assumptions, and recommendations to various stakeholders with articulative communication.
• Business-level in English (Conversation, email, creating proposal materials).
• Native level in Japanese
