An international automotive company is looking for an HRBP.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with managers daily
* Guide, support, and coach managers on HR-related responsibilities
* Represent HR for all internal parties
* Ensure employee compliance with rules, focusing on safety and health
* Coordinate and coach managers on talent development tools and processes
* Contribute to organsational development projects and suggest changes
* Implement and oversee action plans for specific operational goals
* Support efforts to improve internal assessments and ratings
* Manage relationships with employee representatives
* Roll out employee relations actions based on HR strategy
* Coordinate internal communication efforts
* Oversee personal administration and data management
Requirements:
* 10-15 years of HR experience
* Experience in drive engagement
* Prior experience in compensation, rewards, and recognition
* Proven experience in talent acquisition
* Background in business orientation
* Proficient in English and Japanese
