An international biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Brand Excellence Manager.Responsibilities:
* Apply global structure across the organization
* Boost the quality of strategic and operational plans
* Conduct review meetings for strategic and operational plans
* Oversee feedback process from reviews and prepare reports for team leaders
* Handle skills assessments and identify skill gaps
* Work with HR to create tools for effective assessments
* Find areas for improvement based on assessment results
* Manage tasks independently and assist team manager with overall team objectives
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience in creating brand strategy as brand manager
* More than 3 years of experience in cross-functional project management
* Experience in training for capability development of brand team member
* Prior experience as a people manager is preferred
* Proven experience in a consulting firm is a plus
* Proficient in reading, written, and verbal English
