A multinational advertisement agency is looking for a Finance Director.Responsibilities:
* Deliver a local market budget and strategic financial action plan for the company
* Work with local company CFO on the Commercial Strategy for Japan market business
* Provide reporting on the market's monthly and quarterly business performance
* Oversee market financial reporting and analysis of revenue, costs and actual, and forecast analysis
* Take ownership of the balance sheet
* Monitor working capital within target, manage collections and capital expenditure and operational sequences
* Identify and co-ordinate opportunities for workplace process
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of working experience in a senior finance role
* Strong knowledge of financial and controller
* Prior audit experience is a plus
* SAP and Oracle Business tool experience is preferred
* Possess a valid CPA qualification
* Proficient in English and Japanese
