An IT Infrastructure Incident Manager position is now available at a global financial services company.Responsibilities:
* Manage major infrastructure incidents as the focal point
* Prioritise resolution and remediate issues
* Manage Senior IT management communications and expectations
* Mitigate the risk of re-occurrence and ensure postmortem actions are addressed
* Conduct internal services reviews with Infrastructure to improve service levels
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience of working in IT Service Management or similar role
* 5-10 years of Financial Services experience, client, or commercially focused environment
* Hands-on experience in managing major incident communication and service restoration
* Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks
* Prior operational experience managing Infrastructure, or a front-back-office function is ideal
* Infrastructure knowledge or strong collaboration experience is a plus
* Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
