An international pharmaceutical company is searching for a Senior Manager Business Planning & Analysis.Responsibilities:
* Manage primary market research, short and long-term product forecasts, and brand performance tracking
* Provide objectives and point of view to sales forecasting and product performance
* Work to translate the primary market research findings into actionable insights and influence
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring that quality expectations are met on individual projects
* Create insightful, innovative, and practical solutions to complex problems
* Create an environment that supports high performance as the team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a natural science-related field
* 3-4 years of experience in sales forecasting at a pharmaceutical company in Japan
* More than 2 years of experience in a management consulting firm
* Understanding of industrial data (JD-Net, IQVIA, Ultmarc, MDV, JMDC, etc.)
* Strong analytical skills (statistics, machine learning, Tableau, SQL, and Python)
* Project management skills (planning, scheduling, implementation, and stabilisation)
* Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company in the Japanese marketplace is ideal
* Leadership experience in delivering results, shaping the future, and developing capabilities in BAI is a plus
* Expertise in market analysis and forecasting (forecasting models, knowledge frameworks for qualitative competitive analysis, forecasting and analytical tools) is desired
* Fluent level written and verbal English
