An international environmental services company is looking for Category Manager.Responsibilities:
* Initiate actions and evaluate results to optimise contracts and negotiations
* Ensure compliance with group policies and controls in purchasing processes
* Review documents to ensure procurement meets requirements
* Support procurement needs by gathering quotes and negotiating with vendors
* Generate and analyse spend reports for savings assessment
* Approve purchase orders and vendor information in SAP system
* Monitor procurement activities and compliance with procedures
* Manage Facilities Management projects to consolidate business locations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above is ideal
* More than 5 years of experience in purchasing or PO management as a buyer
* More than 5 years of experience in facilities management
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Understanding of SAP ARIBA or related applications
* Native level Japanese; proficient in verbal and written English
