Oversee and manage the recruitment process and hiring of talent, support key internal stakeholder relationships in the business, deal with external recruiting agency partners and CM agency partners
Lead projects focused on implementing corporate HR strategic initiatives especially “HR Next” through processes to support mid-career and graduate recruitment.
Assist in the recruitment activities of direct employees for our Business Units in Japan.
Manage the overall organization of the recruitment group, including information and data management.
Develop and deliver induction training for newly recruited hires.
Actively proceed the internal job market and internal posting of open positions
Contribute to meeting recruitment KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

- 必須
-
3 years of managerial or team leadership experience as an company HR or internal recruiter.
5 years of experience in mid-career recruitment roles, with a preference for technical engineering recruitment experience.
3 years in new grads recruitment related role, technical engineering recruitment experience is preferred.
3 years practical experience as an HR generalist without recruitment activities
Experience in manufacturing, related industry or complex organization an advantage
Flexibility to handle issues between inter-hierarchy, inter-regions, cross-functional, cross-business
Capable of managing various deadlines and time constraints effectively.
Bachelor degree or above is a must
Command in MS Word, PPT and EXCEL is a must
English Language level: Business level
