A renowned energy company is looking for an M&A Manager.Responsibilities:
* Analyse market trends and competitive landscape
* Identify and evaluate potential partnerships
* Lead due diligence process with cross-functional teams
* Develop financial models for deal evaluation
* Negotiate commercial and legal terms
* Oversee integration plans for acquisitions
* Communicate with stakeholders effectively
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related domain (MBA is ideal)
* More than 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development (renewable energy sector or relevant domain)
* Knowledge of valuation techniques and financial metrics
* Understanding of Japanese renewable energy industry, technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory environments is a plus
* Fluent level Japanese and English
