An international chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Regional Procurement Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee chemical procurement spend in multiple regions
* Manage a team across different locations
* Support global category strategy development and execution
* Build and manage project pipeline, implementing cost controls
* Advise regional teams on strategy implementation
* Develop a deep understanding of global markets and trends
* Reduce total cost of ownership while sourcing strategically
* Collaborate with supply chain operations for cost transparency and optimisation
* Handle local supplier selection, qualification, and management
* Achieve measurable results and key performance indicators
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (chemistry, supply chain management, or economics is ideal)
* More than 5 years of experience in strategic procurement
* Experience in a global company (international team management is ideal)
* Skilled in negotiations and supplier management
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP R3, etc.
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in English
