An international manufacturing company is looking for SIOP Manager.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate SIOP strategy development with divisional manager
* Work with global SC for Demand Planning guidance
* Analyse sales and inventory data for improvement opportunities
* Balance supply and demand in collaboration with stakeholders
* Configure OneERP system for SIOP requirements
* Facilitate training and support for team members
* Monitor KPIs and provide reports to senior management
Requirements:
* Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting
* Strong data analysis and forecasting abilities
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Prior experience in SIOP management and execution within a manufacturing setting is preferred
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Fluent level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
