An international semiconductor company is looking for a General Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead team responsible for sales strategy and delivery
* Collaborate with technical and product teams
* Build customer relationships and collaborate with teams
* Participate in talent acquisition and development activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, technology, or a relevant domain (Master's degree in business or technology is ideal)
* More than 7 years in a leadership position
* More than 5 years of experience in sales, business development, product marketing, or management in semiconductor process or process control equipment (plasma, Etch, CVD, or PVD is preferred)
* Experience in developing complex financial models
* Knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment systems (systems targeted at process control)
* Ability and willingness to travel
