Principal Accountabilities
• Analytics and insights generation – Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of consumer data, social prospective, and market trends to inform business decisions and strategy development.
• Reporting – Develop regular reports and presentations on consumer behaviors, market trends, and other insights to inform management and stakeholders decisions.
• Strategy development – Partner with Category and Sales teams to size and prioritize opportunities, and use insights to inform business strategy, product development, the customer experience, and drive sales.
• Customer insights – Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences and behaviors to guide product development , marketing strategies and the customer experience.
• Performance measurement – Establish KPIs and metrics to measure impact of strategies informed by data insights on business results.
• Customer journeys – Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys across both digital and retail touchpoints, as well as an actionable consumer segmentation.
• Research execution – Manage and oversee or personally carry out consumer research projects, including design, execution, and reporting. Please note that the budget available for commissioning research is very limited and the company currently has no plans to increase it, making it necessary to perform a large part of the work in-house without agency or vendor support.
• Technology and tools – Collaborate with other teams and vendors to enhance data collection methodologies and analytics tools.
• Innovation – Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the brand’s competitive advantage in customer experience.

- 必須

• Embody traits such as respect, entrepreneurship, resilience, growth mindset and learning agility
• Over 3 years of experience in consumer insights or brand management, preferably in food retail or restaurant industry, or food FMCG, including some prior experience running satisfaction surveys or inperson consumer interviews
• Native-level spoken Japanese including Keigo and business manners, to personally engage with consumers in stores or in research, and business English fluency.
• Experience or strong interest in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, ideally with solid skills handling statistics. SQL and Python a huge plus.
• Stellar communication skills, with a customer service and hospitality mindset
