A global industrial components manufacturer is searching for a Communications Manager.Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders in Japan, understanding their needs and demands
* Incorporate annual strategic priorities into communication strategies
* Develop effective communication strategies based on stakeholder needs
* Strengthen the company's Employer Brand
* Support leaders to become better communicators internally and externally
* Monitor media climate, identify potential risks and issues, and develop communication strategies accordingly
* Ensure internal/external creative assets are aligned with brand tonality
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
* 10-15 years of experience in Media Relations, IMC, or Communications in a multinational company (high-tech industry is ideal)
* Knowledge of marketing mix
* Understanding tools or techniques that drive data analysis and measurement
* Strong IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) planning and measurement abilities
* Proficient in Japanese and English
