仕事内容: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans for data strategy and data architecture initiatives, including defining project goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, including business users, data scientists, analysts, and IT teams. Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and address concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.

Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with business leaders to define and align data strategy with organizational goals. Identify and prioritize data initiatives, such as data governance, data quality, data integration, and data lifecycle management.

Data Architecture Design: Design and develop data architecture solutions, including data warehouse, data lakes, data integration frameworks, and analytics platforms. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the data architecture.

・Project Management experience on Data Projects. /データ活用・分析に関わるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・Data Analysis: Skills in data analysis, interpretation, data modeling, and data visualization are necessary. / データ分析: データの分析と解釈、データモデリング、データ可視化などのデータ分析のスキルが必要です。
・Technical Skills: Technical skills in database management, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), big data technologies (such as Hadoop, Spark), and other data engineering technologies are required. / テクニカルスキル: データベース管理、ETL（Extract, Transform, Load）、ビッグデータテクノロジー（Hadoop、Sparkなど）などのデータエンジニアリングのテクニカルスキルが必要です。
