An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Marketing Director.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with marketing management to develop marketing strategies for the business portfolio
* Lead product presentations to enhance brand and drive sales, overseeing the commercial planning process
* Maximise execution of marketing strategies, providing leadership to salesforce
* Develop and track marketing strategy, collaborating with various teams
* Conduct market research to capture trends and competitor activities, informing business strategy
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of marketing experience (brand managing, new product launching, or brand planning)
* Experience in team or project management
* Prior experience in people management is a plus
* Proven experience in pharmaceuticals is ideal
* Fluent level reading, verbal, and written Japanese and English
