• Plan, analyze, develop and implement various training programs
• Deliver and monitor training programs
• Supervise and provide coaching to employees

応募資格

必須: ✨Qualifications
• A solid background in Training with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Native-level Japanese and business level English (verbal & writing) is a must
• Retail training background a must
• Experience with multiple delivery approaches
• Experience of working under multinational culture
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel on a regular basis (in/out of the country)
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

勤務地: ✨ Working location
Tokyo, flextime system available (core time 11:00-15:00)

年収・給与: ✨ Estimated annual income
Approximately 6 million to 8 million yen.
*Determined by career/skills. Salary revision once a year.
