Essential Duties
Marketing Development manager (MDM) is a pivotal role to facilitate the good communication between global and to support the growth of overall business. MDM is responsible for respective market from the annual budgeting to the execution of daily marketing strategies. takes a leading role of funnel management of each market and works rigorously to grow and maintain good funnel size closely working with the sales team. He/she works with the sales to increase opportunity win rate to achieve the forecast order and revenue. has a good insight in the market situation and manages the relationship with thought leaders of each market.
The key responsibilities of MDM are Growth planning/ Demand generation/ Product management/ Brand management.

Manage monthly KPI and report its progress to global marketing and leadership as well as Japan leadership.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements and/or skill:
• Experience in marketing or product marketing or strategy planning in the analytical device company
• Experience in using Marketing automation, SalesForce.com, and associated CRM automation tools
• Technical proficiency in associated workflows
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven work environments
• Communication skill to establish good relationships with stakeholders
• Challenge and result oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
