An international machinery manufacturer is looking for a Service Director.Responsibilities:
* Establish service standards and SLAs
* Develop team skills and competencies
* Drive services P&L performance
* Enhance technical support capabilities
* Formulate service strategy
* Serve as an interface to product lines
* Handle critical customer issues
* Drive services marketing plan
* Represent company culture and values
* Foster collaboration across business units
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above business or engineering (MBA is ideal)
* More than 15 years of experience in a service organisation
* More than 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in establishing commercial relationships (value selling)
* Understanding of machinery business and client service is a plus
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level English
