A global medical supplies manufacturer is looking for a Manager of HRBP and Talent Management.Responsibilities:
* Advise functional leaders and managers
* Ensure accurate updates on HR systems
* Implement organizational culture initiatives
* Support leadership and individual development programs
* Guide the use of HR systems and platforms
* Collaborate with C&B and Total Rewards
* Provide information on HR policies and procedures
* Handle Employee Relations issues
* Stay updated on legislation and lead health and safety programs
* Collaborate with other business partners
Requirements:
* More than 7 years of experience in human resources
* More than 3 years of experience in business partnership
* More than 2 years of experience designing and executing talent Management, leadership development, and learning programs
* Experience working in multinational or matrix environments with senior leadership
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Business level spoken and written English and Japanese
