An international mattress bedding products manufacturer is searching for a Marketing Director.Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the Japan Leadership Team, APAC Marketing, and Agencies
* Oversee budget responsibility for e-commerce channels and lead the e-commerce team
* Ensure clear and coordinated consumer journeys across all Direct-to-Consumer sales channels
* Manage all brand communication in line with brand guidelines
* Analyse and report on media or PR agencies' performance to ensure effective spending
* Set clear targets for team to achieve operational requirements of the marketing and EC
* Regularly benchmark all marketing suppliers to ensure best practice and return on investment
* Manage social media and reviews to maintain a review score above 4/5
Requirements:
* Master's degree or above
* Practical experience as a Marketing professional in a management position for a 'blue chip' brand
* Experience at Foreign Owned Corporation
* Understanding of consumer and trade marketing including management
* Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display and PR activity is ideal
* Familiarity with bid management and keyword analysis
* Good presentational skills
* Proficient in English
