• Work Closely with the Office Planning team in Japan and Real Estate IT team
• Be the face of the project from the IT stand point to identify new technologies such as IoT Occupancy Sensors, Smart Sound Masking, Digital Twins, Digital Signage, Robotics, etc. that are used in the work place.
• Strong Technical Consulting experience or Technical Business Analyst experience who can by quickly learn about the technologies, has a general knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with the different Infrastructure teams when implementing the technologies.
• Solid communication skill to influence the Senior Stakeholder and negotiating with vendors and fluent in Japanese.
