An international research company is looking for an Associate Facilities Director.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute real estate strategy for material warehouses
* Supervise site management and facilities teams
* Provide country leadership and support regional business
* Manage FM teams to meet business needs
* Collaborate on capital projects and workplace initiatives
* Lead leasehold improvement and operational projects
* Coordinate capital project delivery with suppliers
* Develop annual site objectives and financial forecast
* Evolve services strategy and implement performance metrics
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (master's degree in a related domain is ideal)
* More than 6 years of experience at senior managerial level
* Experience in pharmaceutical or a highly regulated field
* Prior experience managing facilities at multiple sites in a corporate setting
* Possess valid mechanical, electrical engineer, architect, or building surveyor qualification is preferred
* Proficient in verbal and written English
