An international luxury retail company is looking for a Retail Training Manager.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training administration and preparation
* Assist in creating additional training modules
* Lead by example in hosting and communication
* Visit stores regularly for analysis and coaching
* Track staff performance and training effectiveness
* Collaborate with management to improve store results
* Share customer anecdotes and best practices
* Support seasonal training delivery
* Develop action plans based on mystery shopping results
* Create and maintain a training calendar
* Communicate and initiate projects with stakeholders
* Develop action plans through discussion
Requirements:
* More than 6 years of experience in fashion, fine jewellery and timepieces
* More than 6 years of training department experience
* More than 3 years of experience as a field trainer
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Fluent level reading, written, and verbal English; native level Japanese
