A leading renewable energy company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Assess the progress of the business development strategy implementation
* Chart and execute measures to maintain business development momentum
* Create initial financial models assessing project returns and strategies
* Locate and negotiate with landowners within designated areas to acquire land for geothermal power plant development
* Obtain local community consent and permits for geothermal power plant construction
* Oversee the legal and technical due diligence process in collaboration with the Capital
* Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to broaden the company's portfolio
* Mentor and aid the Field Business Development team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, business, or economics
* More than 5 years of experience of B2B sales or business development
* Prior experience in leading large complex projects
* Previous team management and mentoring experience
* Experience in consulting, strategic planning, corporate planning, or M&A is ideal
* Native level Japanese; business level English
