An international financial services company is looking to fill an HR Director position.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
* Manage HR processes from recruitment to compensation planning
* Support managers and employees in HR-related issues
* Implement programs for positive workplace culture and diversity
* Strategise to identify and develop talent for current and future needs
* Maintain effective communication channels between employees and leadership
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above In human resource, psychology, or business-related domain
* More than 8 years of experience in an international organisation
* Experience as HR generalist or HR business partner
* Understanding of human resource and local labor law
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient in English and Japanese
