An international real estate company is looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage monthly accounting closing process
* Develop and maintain accounting processes and controls
* Prepare monthly financial and operational reports
* Prepare annual budgets and variance reports
* Participate in the annual audit process
* Coordinate preparation of tax returns
* Develop staff members
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of professional experience
* More than 5 years of public and private firm experience is preferred
* Experience with real estate-related platforms
* Prior multilocation retail experience
* Proficient in MS Excel is ideal
* Native level Japanese is ideal; proficient in English is ideal
