A global pharmaceutical firm is looking for a BD Manager.Responsibilities:
* Achieve CDMO business sales budget in the assigned territory
* Seek new customer and project opportunities through various channels
* Follow up on service inquiries from different sources
* Issue bid proposals for identified business opportunities
* Foster and enhance relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
* Optimise client relationships strategically and tactically
* Develop and monitor targeting plans for the assigned territory
* Prepare meeting and monthly sales highlight reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences
* Experience in sales or account management within the pharma-chemical industry (CDMO is ideal)
* Background in analyzing potential clients and opportunities
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level reading, verbal, and written English
